Returns:
At Jonassen, we hope that you will be 100% stoked on our products. But if you are not completely satisfied, we have a 30-day return and refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and still sealed and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that there are exceptions regarding what you may return, so please see below.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request or inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@Jonassens.com.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your order is damaged, defective or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Unfortunately most of our products cannot be returned for safety reasons (i.e. personal care products cannot be returned) but also in consideration of the environmental impact and expense of shipping. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on sale items or gift cards either.
Exchanges:
If you accidentally ordered the wrong item, we can work with you to exchange for what you’d prefer. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
International / European Union:
Currently we are not actively selling outside of the USA, and therefore do not offer Returns, Refunds or exchanges in these markets. If you happened to buy product outside of the USA, then it is likely from an unauthorized seller or a counterfeit product.
